Peaceful, Safe, and Friendly 55+ Living!

I’m giving Mera Westgate Apartments a glowing review after living here for just a month. As a single woman, feeling safe and comfortable was very important to me, and this community is both incredibly quiet and very secure.

The residents are friendly and welcoming, and there are lots of activities and events if you want to participate—or you can simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The amenities are wonderful: a beautiful pool, pickleball/paddle ball courts, barbecue areas, fire pit seating, a… great fitness center, and a coffee bar where neighbors gather in the mornings.

The location is also fantastic, close to shopping and entertainment. Best of all, the office staff, management, and maintenance team are all amazing—so helpful and kind.

I’m truly happy I chose to move here and feel lucky to call it home. Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. This community proves that 55+ living can be active, welcoming, and genuinely fun.

Great Community

From May 2022 until present, my husband and I have lived at Mera Westgate. In the beginning and during construction, we had to deal with a lot of issues. That said, and after a few management and maintenance changes, we finally have the best crew. Daisy is the most hard-working, caring, diligent Mera employee that we have had. We would also like to give a shout out to Manfredo and Larry for taking care of the units. This group has truly been a blessing and we appreciate all that they do. In… addition, I would like to add that the units are well-equipped, the grounds are beautiful, and there a ton of amenities and events to keep everyone busy. - J & T Allen

HOME, Mera Westgate

What a great place to live!! . The staff and maintenance team are so helpful and friendly! The residents are friendly and helpful to one another. After selling my house, I was so happy to find this wonderful place that I could call HOME!

Resort style apartment living

We call it home. Our apartment is filled with joy and happiness. Amenities are beyond awesome..swimming is our favorite. Sunnin with friends make it all worth while. Playing pool, playing ping pong and parties with people we call family.
