Spring Meadow Apartments

I was underwhelmed moving in small apartment, with new appliances. I have lived here less than a week and have had two packages stolen from my front door. Management response was apathetic, both times acting like they have never had this problem before. I have been trying to get my air conditioning fixed. Management has not once contacted me with any follow up. I have had to contact them. I would definitely check this place out in person before renting. Have been living here for over a year & I hate it. Pictures do not accurately represent the property. We toured here right before the pandemic closed everything and were promise a W/D, move in first day & wasn’t there. Told we would have to wait another month before one could become available, nice. Don’t ever put in a request for maintenance it will take 6 months for one thing to be fixed. Only good thing here is the maintenance team that are typically really nice I just think they’re over… worked and not well staffed. We can’t wait to be out we count down the days till it’s over. It’s so unsafe the other day a random man knocked on our door at 5 am looking into peoples apartments and cars. I just can’t even go into every detail of why this place sucks. Don’t get sucked in to the edited pictures & blank promises. The neighbors suck, the place sucks, management sucks. Just don’t bother. Coming from someone who usually looks for the best in places. They are always friendly and helpful when you need something fixed . It's very quiet here and really nice apartments .

I have lived here for years and it was great until the new management, CAM properties, took over. Before it was a lovely neighborhood where people really felt like it was a community. Now, it’s like pulling teeth to get at least one maintenance person to fix your issue. NEVER go to the front office with issues. They will be little you and make YOU feel bad for having issues. They always put the blame on you no matter what the scenario. 2 out of 3 of the front office people, which includes the… head manager, are completely rude and inconsiderate. They lack basic customer service skills. I hope either CAM hires new people to manage this apartment complex or a new owner comes in before I move because I know they will make it that much harder and more expensive to move out.
