Great location! Everything in walking distance! Modern like apartments and amenities. The pool would hands down have to be one of my favorite perks of this complex.

I’ve had several noise complaints on my neighbors who think everyday is a party, yet no action has been taken from Zone Westgate. I had to call the Security team several times in the middle of the night for the noise (Security Team only works at night). Maintenance had to come to my unit over four times to fix the washer and dryer, and all they did was put the clean cycle on and vacuum the dust; which didn’t work. There are spider webs all over and insects crawling around despite the fee we pay... to stop all that. My refrigerator is falling apart, the blinds to the sliding door keep falling off and they replace them with the wrong sizes, and the bathtub is chipping away. They claimed to have cleaners clean the unit before move it, but there was dust everywhere so we ended up getting our own cleaners. Read More

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have lived in many high-value properties in my time, and I have never experienced a level of incompetence and filth quite like this.

Living here has been nothing but a massive regret. The building is consistently disgusting, and the state of the property is genuinely shocking. I fully expect management to reply to this review with some generic, scripted, and cheesy corporate response about how they "take resident feedback seriously" and "plan to... address it"—but please, don’t fall for it. They talk a big game to cover their tracks, but they clearly have no intention of actually maintaining the building.
The irony is palpable: they are incredibly anal about every single micro-detail of the lease when it comes to the residents, yet they completely refuse to hold themselves to even the most basic standards of cleanliness or professional operation. The double standard is infuriating.
I am beyond disappointed in this place. If you have any self-respect and value your peace of mind, do not even bother coming here. There are plenty of other options in this area that are actually worth your time and money. Do yourself a massive favor and keep looking. Read More
