Once the deposit to hold the apartment, the leading office quit communicating or returning calls. When I canceled my application they suddenly called to tell me that I had never called them and refused to return the deposit. If they do not respond to prospective tenants, I can only imagine the difficulties tenants have.

Let's just say do a thorough over picky walk thru and write everything down that is wrong even if they know it's an issue and say it's known. My fault I didn't and had good faith. I'm very clean and respectful and still lost deposit from previous renter issues.

It is a decent place to live but you are gonna pay a lot more than just the rent here! Sometimes it will take them a while to fix things too.

The apartment itself is nice, but it is overpriced. There are no utilities included. The apartments are cheaply maintained. We are still waiting for window screens, that where supposed to be installed before we moved in. There is a non refundable 50 dollar charge for the garage door opener. The back gate is always locked, so there is only one way in and out of the property by car. On the plus side it is a pretty good neighborhood and the office staff is always nice. For a person not liking apartments this is the perfect place to be. Unlike other apartment complexes the noise level is low, and we have families with children. It is simply beautiful and well maintained. There is a community BBQ area and nearby is the beautiful swimming pool shaped like a lazy river. The staff is helpful and friendly. We are close to the 10 hiway and yet you don't seem to notice the noise at all. We have plenty of shopping, dining and home improvement businesses nearby... and within walking distance.
