    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

    I moved in two and a half months ago and it has been a disaster from day one.
    The model unit I toured is not the unit I was handed keys to. The appliances in my actual apartment are old and worn out, nothing close to what was staged for the tour. Textbook bait and switch.
    Safety is a real concern. Police have responded here three nights in a row, with gunfire at night. I do not feel safe walking alone after dark.
    Maintenance is incompetent. It took four separate attempts to replace one kitchen    … faucet.
    Management is worse. On a recent visit to the office, I overheard staff openly badmouthing a tenant. During the same visit, I watched a staff member posting a fake five-star Google review from an office computer. They did not even try to hide it.
    This has been the worst housing decision I have ever made, and I am locked in for another ten months.
