It's ok

The best thing about Avilla is the maintenance! Those guys rock! Second best is the dwelling, very nice appliances and fixtures. Landscaping is nice. The least positive is the office staff , depending on who you talk to. They do not offer recycling here, which is a huge disappointment. Some girl in the office said it's because the garbage company complained that it's a hassle...yeah right. And last, now that Ina Road is closed for the next 2 years, it's kind of a ghost town around here, quite a… few residents moving out. Just getting to the freeway, which is less than a half mile away, is a nightmare. But living here is OK, for now.

Avilla Homes is a beautiful gated community with many upgrades. This is the # 1 place for anyone who's looking for a home you would be proud to call home. I love living at Avilla.

Office staff was oustanding

We were so excited to sign a lease and can't wait to move. Your staff has been so professional and helpful. They haven't missd a beat. Hope they are there are arouund for a long ttime.
