Craft at Gilbert and Baseline

Where do I start. Nothing but issues from the start. I’ve seen it all, bird infested balcony, patches of carpet missing with exposed tack strip, huge spiders, bug guy smells like crap, maintenance guy smells crap. Follow up to fix issues is non existent. Staircases are so disgusting I don’t even want to walk down them. Office people suck and typically only last a year. Super friendly community! It's also super quiet and clean we we are loving our first week here!

Craft is a book you can’t judge by it’s cover. It appears nice but under the surface is a range of different issues within your apartment and around the complex. We don’t always feel safe. The complex is hardly ever clean and the hallways of the buildings are NEVER cleaned attracting cats and other wild animals. You practically have to beg maintenance to fix certain issues, and if it’s something they’re confused about they’ll just give you an excuse as to why it can’t be fixed. I have lived here for over three years and love my apartment. I have had very good neighbors and the two managers have been excellent. I have only had a few small issues and Maintenance took care of them right away. The location of the complex is very good with close access to the freeway and many stores and restaurants.

Craft is a great place to live! I love the location, size of the complex and it has a nice community feel. Respectful tenants and very clean. Would highly recommend!
