Affordable, Dependable

Lived here for 4+ years, great staff in the office, knowledgeable maintenance, friendly neighbors, and my son loves the pool!

Roaches

The management team will arrange for a person to come in and spray. That does not help. I lived there for approximately 2 years and had about 10 of them, big ones too. When I moved in, there was one crawling on the floor, in the kitchen, then in the carpet area… where were they coming from ?
I had them every couple of months..after they sent the spray lady. Whenever the did work in another apartment..they would show up. The last time I found them…they were in the kitchen on the walls and… ceiling. BIG ones. My cat found the ceiling one.

Pass on this one

Where do I begin?

1. Used condoms on property and one on a mailbox. The one on the ground was there for a week. Office was sent photos and still it was there.
2. Alcohol bottles around the property
3. Water is constantly bring shut off
4. NO FREE WIFI
5. NO W/D or D/W
6. They do not take payments at the office and only checks or use RentCafe and pay large fees

For the money yo can do better somewhere else!

Terrible

this place is bad. i moved in found bed bugs Now I can't Get rid of the buGs. thE yaRdS. are nice but attract bugs. the office staff is not friendly. the water is off without notice all the time. the area is unsafe. weirdos HANG out here 24\7. 0 stars i would give.

Well kept landscape - easy on the eyes -

I have lived here about 6 years now and love it. I love the grounds and how well they are maintained. The office staff are pleasant as well. I recommend this place for adult living. Perfect for students attending Mesa Community College. It's affordable, convenient and utilities included (water/electricity). I really miss the prior property manager, Jennifer though. I have no plans on moving anytime soon either. I enjoy the pool and landscape. I have had a few issues, but that's to be expected in… apartment living, and they were taken care of. Great place to live. There are lots of old timers here and that in itself should speak in volumes.
