I haven’t lived in an apartment in many years and was concerned about repairs and maybe changes that I might need. The maintenance staff here is the best. Always concerned about my needs and what I want and need. Five stars from me

Very Helpful Maintenance
The maintenance team at Lakeview has been so helpful and kind. They address everything that needs to be fixed in my apartment and I have been so grateful for their professionalism over the years. I would like to shout out to Dominic for his great service, thank you for all your help!

POOR management
I have been lied to by multiple people in the office, Stacey, one of the managers, has a horrible attitude. There are so many things that have happened with the staff as well as the damages to the apartment when we moved in that I have had to contact corporate to get it all taken care of.

Fine but don't move in on a weekend!!!
Overall I really like it here. The maintenance folks are very responsive, and have fixed everything that has needed fixing! They have food trucks come fairly often which is fun!
One warning, however. DO NOT MOVE IN ON A WEEKEND. They will slap you with a $50 utility vacancy fee for every day that you live there and the utilities are not turned on. I was able to start the electric, but the gas company would only start service on a weekday, so I wound up being charged the fee, even though... there was absolutely nothing I could have done to get the gas turned on any earlier. So it was frustrating to have to pay that fee on top of all of the other move in fees.
