While overpriced when I moved in one year ago I look forward to the lowered new room pricing due to the excellent amenities including pool (heated in winter), community gathering areas and mostly the office staff who are always kind and welcoming as well as the maintenance staff, particularly Louie, who has been nothing but fast and amazing at taking care of all needs that have arisen.

I wouldnt waste your time. The office staff are unprofessional and dont follow through on what they say they are going to do. They also lose emails and pretend they never got them.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. They are extremely unprofessional. They will be very kind and helpful before you move in but then a switch flips. They will not honor the lease and make changes all the time but hold you to every word. When we moved in there was supposed to be another pool being built. When we moved in we were told parking was first come first serve. Then they said only one car per unit, so much for choosing this apartment for the gated community. ANY APARTMENT BUT THIS... ONE!!! Trust me it’s been a nightmare! Do not fall for any of their tricks.
