The biggest downside of living here is the lack of amenities, unsafe location, and unsanitary outdoor living space.

I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience from start to finish. The property was clean, quiet, and very well maintained, and the amenities looked even better in person. The staff was welcoming, professional, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured.

What stood out most was the overall atmosphere — it felt safe, comfortable, and like a place I could genuinely call home. The floor plans were spacious, the grounds were beautiful, and the… attention to detail really showed throughout the tour.

The price is good and the location is great, but there is much room for improvement. I guess the company is looking to refinance so they have haphazardly scheduled maintenance on their units to have workers reapply paint and stucco on the outside of our units starting at 6AM. That is beyond unacceptable hours for a residential unit. Additionally, our unit is constantly being "inspected" by investors. This is the third time this month that someone is being brought into our apartment without… permission. I understand that unapproved entry is probably disclosed in the lease, but this seems abusive at this point. Not worth it to rent from this place! The management here is either severely incompetent or shady, but probably both. They messed up my account and started to charge me late fees. There's no way to contact them except via email, which they chose to ignore. They never pick up the phones either. Red flag central. Avoid at your own risk.

The apartment itself is decent (amenities are a bit old with gas stove and old dishwasher). The lights are dim so you'll have to get additional lighting. The AC… blows right onto the blinds in the bedroom so if you need the AC at night you will wake up every time the AC turns on.

The parking situation is terrible with the never-ending construction. Good luck finding a spot after people come home from work. And during the day the construction workers take the few that are open. And then there's towaway signs everywhere else. Read More
