The grounds are pretty up front by the office, for curb appeal. However towards the back not so pretty. The maintence staff are really nice, and most of the front office staff. One of the women in the office has been here for almost 18 years, but she is not so friendly. My biggest complaint would be that they offer a few dollars off your rent when renewing, but no perks for the apartment, such as discounted or free carpet cleaning, or new blinds, things like that. Many shade trees help diminish the blistering heat, with a sparkling clean swimming pool providing an alternative. There's always an open tennis court, and never a wait for the credit card operated laundry machines. It's priced low for the area, with anything you need minutes away. The units are modern, well planned for space maximization and aesthetics, and there's covered parking for everyone. I love the people here, but the staff is unprofessional. I love living here even tho it's small. I will be looking for a larger apartment when my lease is over in 6 months. I live with my wife and 2 month year old daughter. The people here are so friendly. It's green here and the grass is maintained.
