How Is This Rating Determined?

Roaches/bedbugs/ants. Make sure that the apartment is sprayed prior to moving in.

Make sure prior to moving in the apartment that they have sprayed for bedbugs/roaches. Half of the time the washers and dryers are not working. The management has been notified of this and keep stating “we’re working on it. “

If you do anything with management, make sure you get it in writing otherwise it never happened..

Heavy pot smokers. Management was notified, but nothing has happened.
