The Link Apartments

I moved into the link prior to CAM Property Management take over and initially hated it. As someone who works for a large Property management company myself I was pleasantly surprised by the changes in the past year. The staff has revitalized this community and made what was only supposed to be temporary something I consider to feel like home now. The willingness to assist by the office staff is refreshing and the maintenance staff keeps it clean all the while producing a peaceful and friendly... environment. They say Good morning, remembered to tell my children happy birthday and the best part is THEY ACTUALLY FIX STUFF THE FIRST TIME. It’s be a refreshing to have such an happy atmosphere to reside in. I accidentally broke the window in the front of my apartment this morning. Called and maintenance came and removed the window. Leaving me with no window all day. Then told me that it did not constitute an emergency and would not be fixed tonight

The water doesn't work properly half the time and there are so many drug addicts around going to the laundry room at night you are almost guaranteed to see someone shooting up in there.

First roaches (ongoing), then AC out. First leak in bath ceiling, then in kitchen (origins unknown). Now sewer backup floods 2 inches of filth EVERYWHERE! All this in 12 days! STAY AWAY!
