Val Vista Gardens Apartments

I was a little hesitant on the size of my one bedroom apartment. April made very helpful suggestions on different ways I can position my furniture. I made those arrangements she suggested and everything fits perfectly. I am very happy with the location and George the maint. super has been on top of my meticulous request.

Lovely place, nice staff. Before we visited we clearly requested an immediately available unit in writing (in an email or text) because we're from out of state, with all our gear in storage, and staying in a motel. They had a vacant unit immediately available.

We were excited about finding the place and the location is perfect for our current needs. In less than 24 hours, we were told they'd rented the immediately available unit but offered us one for October 8.

Clearly, the company is funding… themselves with app fees and not caring about people's living circumstances and needs. I find this practice unacceptable and have notified my credit card company, who is willing to reverse charges as soon as they post.

Unfortunately, I must also encourage people to avoid viewing and making applications for rentals at Val Vista Gardens. It's truly a shame they aren't an ethically responsible business. Read More

Lived here 4 years. Polite, Professional managent. I love this complex. I feel safe and the property always looks well manicured and kept up nicley. Expedient/superior and professional manitanence crew.

Apartment complex itself isn't bad. Place is well kept and clean. However the management that took over in January is terrible. They have no idea what is going on. Management has repeatedly made mistakes and do not communicate with one another. They never send water bills but yet charge you a fee every month for having an outside service deliver the bill. Also don't expect a refund for your deposit as they will nickle and dime there way with charges.
