LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

I wish I could give them negative stars. These are the most dishonest landlords ever! I have Spoken to my neighbors and other residents whom I run into while getting mail and they tell me their issues with these apartments/landlords. They will try to get money out of you any way they can! They will try to charge you rent you paid already but say you didn’t. They say they will send their “maintenance” to fix problems in your home and they never do. Horrible place I’m so glad I moved out. Never… will I recommend these and I hope everyone moves out. These people are money hungry and no respect so rude and downgrade people.

Santa Carolina Apt

This apartment complex is comfortable to live in. They are spacious, and have different sizes in units. Until i fumigated there was a bit of a problem with cockroaches in the kitchen.when we got the apartment the carpets where cleaned not new, and the bathroom tubs were not all that clean. The community is very quiet in the mornings and in the afternoons all you hear outside are the children playing.
