Great place, you get what you pay for.

I've lived at Arrowhead Landings for 2 years and I could not be happier. I've made the tough choice to move away and I know that I may never find a management team as good as this one. From day 1 , they've gone above and beyond. I traveled all the way from Wisconsin and they kept the office open for me, even when I was slightly late due to car troubles.

Since moving here, everything has been stellar. I've had almost every single maintenance request taken care of the same day and the maintenance… staff really cares and are social birds that you can tell are dedicated to getting things done right. I've had a short list of issues here, but all were resolved by the complex very quickly and swiftly and I've never had to ask twice.

My only one critique is that when you move in, please allow residents time to fill out their room report sheet. I felt rushed during my move in and had to stand my ground that I would not rush stating the original condition my apartment was in.

Outside of that, from move in, to this current process of moving out, I have felt welcomed at this complex and I will miss it. I'll be updating my review once my move out is complete, to detail the process and if any unfair charges occurred.

Constantly harassing miserable place

Not a good place to live, you cannot have any type of social life or enjoyment, its more like a compound full of weirdos & nosey harassing neighbors, miserable & racist, ive never felt so uncomfortable in a living environment that i pay so much more, ac sucks & super expensive, amenities always closed, or broke, stay away from here.

Nice Apartments.....BUT....

Nice apartments but...after just 2 months we have to move again. Air conditioning does not work like it should...have to use 2 fans in bedrooms and still wake up sweating...if you can sleep....office staff laughed when we said it was 80-90° in the bedrooms..no professional called until after notice to vacate given. Not enough handicapped spaces. Husband hospitalized 3 times while living here in 2 months. Daughter & I have had migraines daily since moving in. Also weird drain above shower… leaked a brown nasty liquid. Updates are nice but included vinyl flooring that doesn't work with Arizona heat. Nice apartments but definitely not worth the outrageous prices plus with the a/c not working properly you also get the privilege of paying super high electric bills. Definitely think twice about moving here. Glad we're getting out.

I loved living at Arrowhead Landing. Beautiful complex. Always clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of my unit. There is plenty of guest parking too. If you see an ant or spider let the office know and they'll have it taken care of right away. All maintenance issues were taken care of right away. Loved the amenities; the business office, coffee bar, media room. The grills and pool were always clean. It has been my favorite apartment and favorite… staff. I can't say enough good things about it. If I move back to the area I would definitely go back to Arrowhead Landing.

ASU WEST

My daughter is attending ASU West and her living at Arrowhead Landing was such a pleasure for me. Last year we had some apartment complex that charged for everything. The rent would change each month because they tied the water bill to it. They wouldn't tell you how much you owed until the first day of the month and then you had two days to pay. Arrowhead has a very helpful group of people. My daughter is moving out this month because school is over for her. Arrowhead Landing is clean,… close to everything, and well maintained. The property managers were very helpful with my being out of state they were very helpful.
