ROACHES

The first 7 months or so were fine. It was pretty quiet and very clean. I didn't have any complaints. When rent increased by hundreds of dollars a month, many people moved out and new families moved in. Now, I have neighbors that I can hear screaming at each other through the walls, and also, ROACHES. They say pest control comes every Monday, but clearly their methods don't work. I've brought this up several times with management, and at first they seemed concerned, but now they brush it off.… I'm very uncomfortable in this apartment now, and can't wait to move out. Wouldn't recommend moving here--go elsewhere.

This apartment is so beautiful. I am planning on putting a security deposit down to hold it. I just hope it is still available by the time I get my paycheck... crossing m fingers...

The Desert Harbor Apartment Home are perfect if you want walking distance to park and nature trails . Nice and quiet. You control the heat and a/c. One , two, three bedrooms are available. Internet and tv connections galore. Services for internet and tv are additional.Internet- century link,cox, tv -dish,century link. Also full washing machine and dryer included. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, garbage disposal an dishwasher. One car reserved covered parking… The Desert Harbor Apartment Home is pet friendly. They even have a dogie park with green grass, water and shade trees. Desert Harbor have garages available. There are two pools one heated with a Jacuzzi.They also have a group party area if you want to rent the room. Chaise Lounges are abundant. Barbecues are abundant in the common areas. Dog litter baggies are available in the common area. Landscaping is done Monday thru Friday The common area is neet and clean. The management and staff are courteous and friendly. The complex is close to the 202. Shopping, Safeway is very convenient. QT gas station and car wash across the road. Fast food restaurants are close by. If you are looking for a clean, homey,friendly, laid back, quiet neighborhood then Desert Harbor is right for you.

Desert harbor apartments

I love my apartment complex and management. The apartments are very nice and roomy. The grounds are nice as well. I love how fast the maintenance staff is whenever I need anything . The only thing I would change is how expensive they are.
