I spoke with the office manager Christina and she was so helpful and I would have moved there except they do not have washer and dryer’s in the units.

The Fountains at Lake Pleasant

I have lived in building 2 at The Fountains at Lake Pleasant since April 2026, and my experience has been highly positive, contrary to older negative reviews. The community is seeing great updates, including new management, renovated laundry facilities, and new landscaping sprinklers that enhance the property's quaint, cozy charm. The smaller size of the community means the swimming pool is rarely crowded and always relaxing.
My apartment was handed over spotless, freshly painted, and upgraded… with a new dishwasher and blinds. Unlike my previous apartment complex, this property is completely free of pests and mold. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it is incredibly quiet, and I have never experienced noise disruptions
It is a wonderful, stress-free place to live, and I am very happy with my decision to move here.
