Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. Both inviting full bathrooms are completely private and separated from the main room and are stocked with essential toiletries, a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
