No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If there is a delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements, $150 for key fob replacements.
