No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. For units that permit pets, if you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with a 24-hour advance notice required. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee.
