If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Guests must be 23 years of age or older.
