Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this smoke-free apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
