Fry’s Food & Drug, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Symphony are all within a short walk. Taxis, rideshares, and scooter rentals are also readily available in the area.
This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
