Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed with pillows, linens, and sheets. There are two full bathrooms, each with a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries.
Parking is available with one spot. The guest needs to print their parking pass. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit. If tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
