The home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, known for its beautiful desert landscapes and proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations.
