The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs will result in a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
