This combo includes multiple side-by-side properties, though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). This apartment includes one free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car. Pool, sky lounge, indoor lounge, and gym access are included. There are six EV charging stations available. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. The apartment is located 0.3 miles from Van Buren/1st Ave and near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles away.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
