No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy.
