This apartment includes one free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car, complimentary coffee, access to the pool (heated only during the Winter months), Sky Lounge, indoor lounge, gym, and six EV charging stations. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, and there is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
