All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The apartment has a noise policy requiring guests not to disturb neighbors and to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, and police will be called for violations.
