One free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot are available for a second car. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
