This apartment includes one free assigned garage parking spot and a second unassigned parking spot for a second car, complimentary coffee, pool access which is heated only during the winter months, sky lounge access, indoor lounge access, gym access, and six EV charging stations. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

During the first Friday of every month, locals are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in culture and art with the First Friday Art Walk. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
