Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $60 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights, 11 pm on weekends, and end at 7 am. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are allowed; there is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 plus the additional cost of the ozone machine to remove the smell if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use and be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out if there is any left; valet garbage pick up is available everyday outside your unit, and garbage should be left out between 6 and 7 pm. We charge an additional $10 per guest after 3 guests; a guest is considered someone staying at the property for an extended period of time and/or sleeps over. If any video games or board games, or remotes are missing, there will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games/items.
