One parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in garages or on the street nearby. Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals, for a fee of $20 per night. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
