Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
Only one parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

The apartment is equipped with noise monitors that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are installed in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay, but due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
The apartment includes an office desk and chair, making it remote work-friendly. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to ensure you stay connected during your stay.
