No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you bring a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
