No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. The parking pass needs to be printed, and the partner does not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and if you are bringing a pet(s), please let the partner know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
