Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Unauthorized guests are not allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 charge. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in our units.
