The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed with pillows, linens, and sheets. There are two full bathrooms, each with a bath with a shower, a wash basin, a mirror, a toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries.
Parking is available with one spot. The guest needs to print their parking pass. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for a fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour if you message 24 hours beforehand.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through a verification portal. All guests must be 23 years old and above.
