There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. There will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games or remotes. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if accommodation is possible without double booking. A $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Garbage is to be picked up daily outside your unit; leave garbage out between 6 - 7 pm. An additional $10 per guest after 4 guests will be charged. A guest is considered someone staying at the property for an extended period of time and/or sleeps over. Anyone visiting for under 2 hours is not considered a guest.
