There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. You will be fined $500 if you violate the strict no-smoking policy indoors or in the community, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Guests will be charged accordingly if any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. There will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games or remotes. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Valet garbage pick up is available everyday outside your unit between 6 - 7pm. An additional $10 per guest after 4 guests will be charged.
