Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, 11pm on weekends, and end at 8am. There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. Valet garbage pick up is everyday outside your unit; leave garbage out between 6 - 7pm. An additional $10 per guest after 4 guests will be charged. If any games or remotes are missing, there will be a $100 charge to replace them.
