The two private full bathrooms are fully stocked with essential toiletries, each featuring a bath with a shower, a wash basin, a mirror, and a toilet.
One dedicated parking space is included. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee per pet: $20 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights.

Cameras above the door and noise detectors are in the house, and any party will result in police involvement and removal from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building; any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. The parking pass needs to be printed, and the property does not assume responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25 per hour, subject to a 24-hour advance request; otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will be charged.
