There always shutting off water because they have pluming issues ALL THE TIME, they switch new management all the time , they don’t take care maintenance issues at all , had to wait 5 days to have my kitchen sink fixed, and now my freaking heater dose not work , i swear if it’s not one issue it’s another and like the front office people do not care what so ever , who ever this Brianna is not doing her job has an assistant manager , absolutely awful do... not rent here Read More

Leaving a one star is way too much!! The air is run with chiller system and is broken every other day. They control the A/C and Heater. There’s always something wrong with there plumbing. So that affects the A/C. During the summer is a living hell. I moved from Texas to phoenix about a year ago. And living at Amara during the summer was hell. My apartment A/C was never working temperature was over 85 and cooking made it worse would go up to 94 degrees. Office NEVER answers the phone even when... they’re in the office let alone be there. You make maintenance orders and they take forever. I made so many maintenance orders for my A/C and got to the point where they never answered anymore. And they did not want to move me with my little girl to a different unit. Before leaving late July neighbors were complaining about having bedbugs. Recommend looking elsewhere. I rented here for 1.5 years. It is in a nice location close enough to stores and restaurants but slightly tucked away. When I moved in, flooring, appliances, and fixtures were new. Interior color scheme is attractive (earth tones and stainless steel fixtures). I don’t care for chiller systems in general but they kept it maintained and it was nice and cool during hot months. I've lived here 2 years. The management team they have now is amazing. The renovations are awesome.

This place looks amazing compared to what it looked like before when I lived here. They have really improved this property and makes the area look so much better. The office staff was so nice and I thought it showed the manager Andrea cared because when we toured she stopped to pick up some trash that was dropped. I move in this weekend I’ll let you know how it goes!
