No one cares about the premises it's filthy and gross roaches everywhere dope heads rift raft cops are here every day I can't wait until my lease is up

The place is way to expensive for all the problems that exist. Roaches, bed bugs, cats, dogs, animal feces every where. Torn up ally road all around the complex. Constant dog barking waking you up in the middle of the night, loose dogs running around off leashes, stray cats roaming every where, cat spray order throughout the premises, late night activity outside others windows when trying to sleep, ect. I will NEVER EVER move into a complex that allows animal! WORST IDEA EVER!

1). It's got an infestation of cock roaches.

2). Bed bugs that come and go.

3). it's located near an alley which is not great only because you start to see so much weird activity.

4). the office crew aren't nice people, you can tell they hate there job which isn't a anyone's fault.

5). You see cops leaving and going all the time.

6). People who have dogs don't pick up after there pets.

7). The pool in the summer always looks green and filthy. All summer I didn't get to swim only… because it does look that bad. He office claims they clean it but no , I don't think so.

8). The carpets were bad when I first moved in. They had strains all over. I complained to the office but they just said they aren't going to spend money on something that they didn't have to spend money on. So I had to live 12 months like that. Read More
