Arcadia Lofts

We love it here, it's mostly quiet. Other tenants are respectful and it's a clean place to be. I would hate to move out, I recommend this place to anyone. Gas stations are right down the street, literally seconds from the apartments. Many stores are less than 10 min away. Very convenient for a quick trip to the store.

Apartment experiences vary, this is just my opinion. Great location, jump on the freeway or go up the street to the groceries, restaurants, pharmacys, department stores or gas stations. Its a small community and the people are friendly. The buildings are put together in a triangle shape, courtyard in the middle with a pool. Most of the kids play in the courtyard, the noise does echo. I don't have small kids so this took time to get use to but if you have small kids, the pros will be that you can... keep an eye on your kids easier and you know who they are playing with. Never been to the pool so I don't know if the gate is locked. There are pavilions with benches and a grill. Residents have parties(birthday etc)on some of the weekends there. They allow pets and they walk the dogs in the courtyard, I think they are suppose to pick up their poo.They have a gate but it stays open so you can drive freely in and out. There is only one entrance open. One major issue seems to be parking(not a lot of spaces). They have a lawn group come weekly. The maintenance guy is cool. He keeps the grounds clean and fixes issues as soon as he can. They have a laundry room with a soda, water and candy machine. The office manager is nice and friendly. Office hours seem to be weird but she is the only one in there. That's the general so here the specific. I have one of the apartments that has a larger balcony. It also has a stacked washer/dryer. I have heard the other balconies are small and the washers can be sorta noisy. They have renovated so they have (black/stainless appliances)flat-top stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. wood looking floors, ceiling fan in dining(I think you can get them in bedrooms now too). Some cons are painted cabinets, tubs and counters(not new). We had old carpet(I think this was because of the old manager) and non-efficient windows. The air works well and no real major problems.
