Karla, the new manager, is absolutely fantastic, customer service skills are on point, and she is extremely reliable. I am very happy with my selection in apartments, and i love this complex

The hot water to the entire complex has been non working for 3 days as of today. I've received zero response to the multiple calls to the emergency maintenance line. Maintenance also takes forever to respond to non emergency issues.

There are wild children everywhere screaming until 9pm every night. Good luck getting to sleep early.

At 8am on Saturday mornings the leaf blower starts up waking up anyone trying to sleep in.

There's a german cockroach infestation in the walls. No matter how… clean you keep your apartment kitchen you will be seeing and killing roaches. Getting your apartment sprayed takes weeks and generally doesn't help as the cockroaches are in the wall.

There is dog poop everywhere. No one picks up after their dog and management does nothing.

It is a gated complex, however, usually one or both of the gates is broken and stuck open making it no longer a gated community.

Managers are liers.The change the rules to suit them. They don't fix anything. Way to many bugs and bedbugs,we asked for a lease but they refused. Never know one month or the next if you'd get evicted.They will use any excuse to throw a family out. When we made arrangements for paying the rent they were OK with it, Then out of nowhere they change their minds. The management is rude and disrespectful. They don't care about family's at all. Not worth the money

We were told that we can have a big dog and not even a week later we got told to get rid of the dog for it barking or we will be evicted out. It's not my fault my dog will bark when other dogs are barking and everyone is loud. We have asked for a lease and never got one. So now we got told that we have to be out. We tried to pay rent late and the lady said no she doesn't want us there anymore all because other apartment complexes called them making sure we live there. I didn't know it was… against the law to look at other places to move to. So getting rid of our dogs a few days before being told we have to leave sucks. They also don't give any notice on when water is being turned off. Several days it was turned off and we found out by trying to take a shower. Right now they are painting and they didn't give any notice of that either. Instead I woke up to someone on my patio putting my stuff into the storage and a strong paint smell. Where I'm almost due and it's bad for me. But they don't care. We moved in about 6 months ago and the day we moved I pointed out to them that the garbage disposal isn't working since it's missing a wire... well 6 months later and it's still not fixed. It took them a few weeks to fix our dryer too.. to top it off one day we got a call saying our dog has been barking for an hour. Yet we just pulled out so we told them no way that's possible. The response was on well someone is claiming it's been an hour and that's what they are going with. This place is just a huge joke. Stay away and find somewhere else to live. Read More
