The gym is state-of-the-art, the pool area is stunning and relaxing, and every common space is beautifully curated to make you feel right at home. Molly and Sara… are extraordinary—professional, friendly, and always going above and beyond to help residents.

They Focus on Getting People In, Not Helpful Once You Sign

They're great at getting people in to view the properties but once people pay and sign a lease, they drop the ball. They really should be focused more on their existing residents, not the potential residents. Extremely frustrating experience and no one takes responsibility, they just keep saying so-and-so is supposed to handle that and residents are supposed to follow-up repeatedly. Poor customer service.

There is also major confusion with what's on their computer system as available and… what's actually available. They tell people certain condos are available but then when they walk them there, those condos are occupied and no one seems to know what's going on. Poor communication between everyone.

Perfect location, amazing views, and the best amenities! Both Sara and Monica will curate your luxury apt home journey. 5 star service that you would find at 5 star resorts. I’m moving in on 11/15/24 - leasing early (before all the good views are gone) allows you to be the first to find your perfect home, view and colour scheme. I promise AVE PV will not disappoint!
