Horrific Experience

This complex is a nightmare to live in. They tow residence who have parking passes, they shut off the water without notice for testing, they only upkeep the front lobby so that they can sell more units to then neglect. Horrible complex, horrible people.

NOPE

There's lots of reasons why 2 months free rent is being offered. Nothing good is free! Just a scam to get you in, then once you realize what a dump it is, it's a ridiculous amount of money to break the lease and will owe all that "free rent" back. Don't do it, don't waste your hard earned money here! Poor Maintenance, Lack of urgency with any maintenance related issues, multiple issues around complex, and within my unit as well as other tenants units, with everything being "rigged" instead of... actually being fixed or just not functional at all. Lack of accountability coming from the top. They could care less. All the positive 4-5 Star reviews are fake. Make sure you view the actual unit that you will be living in PRIOR to signing the lease. No physical security here or on premises even though they advertise there is

They will take your $250

They say that if you apply then they will wave the $200 admin fee. However, when you agree to do the application, they ask for it claiming that they will refund it afterwards.
After taking an unusually long time reviewing my application, I suspect they are trolling for application fees.

Nickel and Dimmed

Be prepared to be nickel and dimed on your move out and don't expect any of your security deposit back. We left the place immaculate outside of normal wear and tear. We lived here for almost 2 years, and aside from a shooting and stabbing inside the building, stolen packages, the disgusting dog run that rarely gets enforced for dog owners to clean up after their dog, and constant amenities that were broken, it is an experience I am glad that is over. The community manager is an awesome person,... however, the policies for moving out and what you are supposed to clean are non-existent. There are other apartments/houses I would reconsider before living here again.

Run into the ground by current ownership

Such a beautiful place when it opened, it was sold however a year later and it pretty much fell to pieces that same day......management just doesn’t care, it’s such a bummer. I’d avoid it and glad I was able to get out when the could
